About the role

As a Team Leader within Water and Wastewater (VA), you will have a role where you work operationally in projects while simultaneously leading the VA team forward. You will become a key driver in developing both our business and our customer relationships, while contributing your own technical expertise to assignments.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of the VA team and plan the workload to create balance and continuity in projects.
• Be responsible for your own VA assignments and provide technical support to colleagues to ensure successful projects.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, as well as actively follow up on business opportunities and submit bids that strengthen the team's and the company's development.
• Contribute to the team's growth development and participate in recruitment efforts and the onboarding of new colleagues.
• Participate as an engaged member of Markera's management group and contribute to business development and the development of operations.
• Ensure that the team's work follows current quality and environmental management systems.
