Do you want to work outdoors, keep outdoor areas in top condition, and contribute to a high level of well-being for our customers? HSB Mellersta Götaland is now looking for a property caretaker for a summer temporary position in Halmstad during the summer of 2026.

About the role

In the role of temporary property caretaker, you will have your own area of responsibility where you independently plan and carry out daily work. You ensure that the area is clean, neat, and safe. The work is varied and suits you if you enjoy physical work and have the will and commitment to provide professional service to our customers. Your duties include:

  • Lawn mowing
  • Weed control
  • Maintenance of hedges, bushes, and trees
  • Planting and general maintenance of green areas
  • Waste management
  • Simple interior cleaning when needed

Who you are

As a property caretaker, you work closely with the customer and are our face to the outside world. Therefore, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a good and pleasant living environment. As a person, you are service-oriented, have a positive attitude, and take responsibility for your work. We are proud to deliver high-class service to our customers and therefore value your commitment to the work.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Can work full-time during the intended vacation period
  • Has experience in similar tasks (preferred)
  • Fluently speaks and writes Swedish
  • Is comfortable working with digital tools

A Category B driver's license for manual transmission is required as travel is part of the job.
