Job Description

The work in our operations involves largely helping and supporting other people in various ways. Therefore, we are looking for you who are responsible, have a good ability to build good relationships, and approach your work with empathy. You are proactive and engaged, can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, but also thrive when working together with the team to achieve set goals.

The work also requires that you can keep documentation and absorb written information and routines in an efficient manner. You therefore need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

The home care service covers the area around Sörsjön, and the work involves providing support and assistance to people who wish to remain at home, even if they may not be able to manage all chores or their own care independently. The need for help is very individual and can range from short visits to ensure everything is okay, to providing support with all moments of the day, from getting up in the morning to going to bed at night and everything in between.

Your duties include among other things:

• Personal care according to the operation's routines, starting from the customer's individual needs and wishes
• Assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc., as needed
• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as relatives, residents, users, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

We consider it meritorious if you are trained as a nursing assistant or care aide, or have previous experience working in home care and with elderly care. For those who lack relevant education or experience, we see no obstacle; instead, we place great emphasis on personal suitability and will ensure you receive a good introduction so that you can handle the job.

The position requires that you can independently plan your work to meet the needs that arise among those who need our help. The role involves driving to the homes of those who need our assistance. You must therefore have a valid car driver's license (Category B).

We are looking for you who have a professional attitude, always showing a good manner of interaction, believing in mutual respect, and being humble.

The work presupposes that you are flexible regarding how a day may look, that you have good initiative, teamwork skills, and enjoy solving problems.

Terms of Employment

• Salary Type: Monthly salary.
• Salary Range: The salary for the position currently lies within the interval of 26,190 SEK - 37,357 SEK per month, based on 2025 salary levels. (The salary span includes specialist training).
• Employment Type: Permanent employment.
• Duration: Permanent, start: Start according to agreement, and the position is filled subject to required political decisions being made.
• Working Hours: Roster/Schedule.
