About the Department

We are now looking for new colleagues to join the Infectious Diseases Clinic in Falun. We strive for diversity in our team with a mix of competencies, addressing both experienced nurses and those who have recently started their careers.

The Infectious Diseases Clinic in Falun is a small clinic with a significant emergency mandate, operating across the entire county. We treat a broad patient group with various infectious disease diagnoses. We anticipate a steady increase in the number of patients with infections. The population of Dalarna will have a great need for our help, which is why we want to build a stable and secure infectious disease healthcare service that is constantly developing to meet this demand.

Responsibilities

The work on the ward can be challenging but is also very rewarding. The workload and pace vary, and with great drive and an interest in innovative work, we tackle the daily routine. To provide ourselves and each other with the best conditions, we actively work on the work environment. We achieve this through individualized introductions, mentoring, competence development, and the reflection tool "Catch the Shift". Here, you will gain broad competence as well as the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in specific subject areas.
