The specialized palliative care in Dalarna is a county-wide clinic with several teams covering the entire county. We work with a holistic perspective and strive to create security and good quality of life for patients and their relatives.

Teamwork is the foundation of our operations, and we work person-centered with a focus on security, quality, and continuity.

As a nurse with us, you will work with specialized palliative care in the patient's home. You will meet patients of all ages with various diagnoses and complex symptoms. Your tasks include:

• Assessment and planning of care based on the patient's needs and health condition
• Medical technology and nursing care, such as handling central lines, drainage, and medication treatment via pump
• Symptom relief and support for patients and relatives
• Collaboration in a team with doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and counselors to create a secure and cohesive care
• Independent work with great responsibility and freedom - you plan your day and spend a large part of your time at the patients' homes

On-call duty at home during nights occurs approximately one week per month.

Requirements:

• Licensed Nurse
• Category B Driver's License
