We are looking for a Sous Chef who wants to drive change

The kitchens at Stenungsbad are embarking on a fast-paced and exciting journey of development. We are now looking for a Sous Chef who wants to lead this change – someone who drives, develops, and takes responsibility, rather than waiting for others to do it.

As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef and be a central part of the kitchen's leadership team. You will help shape everything from quality and workflows to team spirit and culture.

The Role

As a Sous Chef with us, you will be responsible for:

• Leading service and ensuring quality in every dish
• Creating structure and order in the kitchen
• Planning and monitoring operations, prep work, and logistics
• Mentoring and developing the team
• Contributing ideas, improvements, and energy to daily operations

You are a present leader who can be operational in the kitchen while simultaneously keeping an eye on the big picture.
