We are looking for a Laser Cutting Operator!

Are you a technical problem solver driven by precision? Do you want to work in a modern machine park where laser cutting is in focus, but with great variety?

About the role:

As an operator with us, your main task will be to control and monitor our laser cutting machine.

You are responsible for everything from customer contact, setting up the machine, and loading programs to ensuring the final product meets the highest quality standards. But we believe in versatility!

In addition to laser cutting, you will also work with:

• Waterjet Cutting: For materials that require gentler processing.
• Press Braking: To give the parts their final shape through bending.

The role involves both independent responsibility for your machine and close collaboration with the rest of our wonderful team to meet our delivery targets with the best service.

Your responsibilities:

• Programming (CAD/CAM) and setup of CNC machines.
• Ongoing quality control and measurement of components.
• Maintenance and optimization of machine performance.
• Switching between different production techniques (laser, waterjet, bending) based on needs.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in sheet metal processing and mechanics.

You are meticulous, take initiative, and understand the importance of a smooth production flow.

We would like you to have:

• Experience with laser cutting (advantageous if you have also operated waterjet or press brake).
• Knowledge of reading drawings and metrology.
• Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
• Forklift license and overhead crane license.
• Category B driver's license.
