About the Client Company

Do you have experience with CNC-controlled machines and are you looking for a developmental role with varied tasks? We are now looking for an engaged CNC operator for our client company outside of Borås.

Job Responsibilities

As a CNC operator, you will:

• Monitor machines and ensure that production flows smoothly.
• Set up, program, and change tools.
• Refill materials and perform control measurements.
• Work with various types of milling machines, lathes, and grinding machines.

The working hours are arranged in two shifts, starting as agreed.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, quality-conscious, and takes responsibility for their work. You work in a structured manner with good planning and prioritization skills. You have a desire to develop and contribute to improvements, thrive in both collaborative and independent work, and deliver high quality. To succeed in the role of CNC operator with our client, we would like you to: Requirements:

• Have education and/or industrial experience with CNC-controlled machines.
• Be accustomed to programming and setting up machines.
• Have good knowledge of reading drawings and measurement techniques.
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Hold a driver's license and have access to a car.

• Experience with quality control and working according to set tolerances.
• Experience with measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Knowledge of machining brass and/or steel.
