About the Role

As a Project Manager and/or Technical Lead within road and ground engineering, you will hold a central and operational role in our projects. You are responsible for technical quality and progress within assignments and serve as a key contact point for the client, while simultaneously coordinating the design process internally and in collaboration with other technical disciplines.

This role is ideal for you if you want to focus on technology, coordination, and delivery, and thrive in an environment where you can work through the entire project chain, from early investigations to final completion.

Your Responsibilities

• Work as a Project Manager and/or Technical Lead within road, street, and ground engineering.
• Participate in all stages of the project, such as preliminary studies, road plans, investigations, basis for detailed planning, as well as design and preparation of construction documents and tender documents.
• Coordinate and lead the design process within your own assignments, in close collaboration with other technical disciplines.
• Ensure high technical quality, cost awareness, and on-time delivery.
• Serve as an active and trust-building contact with the client throughout the various phases of the project.
• Contribute to the development of working methods, technology, and knowledge sharing within the road and ground sector.

Who Are You?

We believe you have several years of experience in road and/or ground engineering and have worked as a Project Manager, Technical Lead, or in a similar role. You are confident in your expertise, take responsibility, and enjoy driving projects forward together with others.

As a person, you are engaged, structured, and communicative. You are motivated by solving complex problems, building trust with clients, and contributing to projects that make a difference in society.
