Ängelholm Upper Secondary School is an inspiring meeting place for knowledge and development, and is part of Ängelholm Municipality where we work to ensure all young people are given good conditions for success. We are now looking for an Individual Coordinator for a 28-month development project co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF).
The project aims to strengthen support for students with problematic school absenteeism as well as young people under the municipality's activity responsibility (KAA), with the hope that more will return to studies, complete upper secondary school, or establish themselves in work or other meaningful activities. It focuses on developing individualized and flexible approaches for young people who struggle to establish or maintain school attendance.

We offer meaningful work where you contribute daily to giving young people new opportunities while helping to develop future working methods within school attendance and youth support. You will work in a development-oriented environment where the focus is on testing, further developing, and establishing sustainable working methods.
As an Individual Coordinator, you work closely with the participants and are responsible for the operational support for young people in the project. You play a central role in creating structure, motivation, and progression for each individual. The work involves both outreach efforts, individual support, and coordination with various stakeholders regarding the participant.

Type of Employment: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.
Start Date: 2026-08-26 (or as soon as possible during autumn term 2026).
End Date: 2028-12-29.
A selection will be made, followed by digital interviews of 30 minutes on Tuesday 4/8. Physical interviews will be held on Friday 7/8.
