Are you the one we are looking for?

We are now looking for a Traveling Foreman for Haglunds Bygg & Entreprenad, based in Malmö. In this central role within our projects, you will be responsible for daily production on-site and ensure that work progresses according to plan.

This role is for you if you thrive in a varied daily routine where projects differ in both scope and complexity. You are a natural leader who enjoys being close to production, coordinating various stakeholders, and creating structure in project execution.

Your responsibilities

• Drive and lead projects within concept construction.
• Plan, monitor, and ensure project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and other project partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to customer requirements, vision, and quality goals.
• Responsible for daily operations on-site.
• Handle purchases and monitor deliveries and material flows.
• Contribute to efficient and safe project execution.

You are used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously and have the ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions even when conditions change with short notice. At the same time, you are social, outgoing, and contribute to a positive atmosphere on the job site.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in construction management or concept construction.
• Has good structure and the ability to drive multiple projects in parallel.
• Is solution-oriented and communicative.
• Thrives in a role with significant personal responsibility.
• Is social, outgoing, and relationship-building.
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).

Merits

• Experience in concept construction.
• Experience from ROT projects (Renovation, Restoration, Extension).
• Understanding of construction production and contracting processes.
• Experience with budgeting and cost estimation.

Employment type: Full-time, Consulting work with a high chance of permanent placement with the client
Working hours: 07:00–16:00
Location: Malmö
Travel: Business travel with overnight stays may occur as projects may be located outside of Malmö
