About the Role

We are looking for a senior investigator with a focus on whistleblowing and internal investigations, where assignments may also include other types of qualified investigative, advisory, and analytical cases.

This is a role for you who are confident in handling sensitive cases, making independent assessments, and navigating situations where perspectives, facts, and interests are not always clear-cut.

In the role, you will among other things:

• drive operational investigations as well as advisory and development-oriented assignments based on customer needs
• receive, analyze, and manage whistleblowing cases – from initial assessment to interviews, fact-finding, conclusions, and feedback
• facilitate dialogue and build trust in contact with customers, whistleblowers, and other involved parties
• conduct internal investigations and handle work-related and other business-proximity cases
• provide advice and contribute to analysis and development assignments
• work in qualified assignments for both private and public operations.

Experience and Competence

We are looking for you who have:

• several years of experience in qualified investigative work, internal investigations, HR, labor law, regulatory compliance, security, or similar
• experience in handling sensitive cases and making independent assessments
• practice in conducting interviews and investigative conversations, analyzing material, and formulating clear conclusions and recommendations
• very good ability to express yourself professionally in speech and writing in Swedish
• good digital skills and understanding of secure information handling
• understanding of or experience in working in customer assignments and/or consultancy
• relevant education and/or experience in areas such as law, HR/personnel science, behavioral science, criminology, security, police work, or similar

It is meritorious if you have:

• experience in working with whistleblowing or whistleblower functions
• experience in labor law investigations
• experience from public operations, authorities, the justice system, or the security industry
• experience in education, advisory services, or developing policies and governing documents

Formal Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
