About the Company

NearYou Gothenburg is in an expansion phase, and we are looking for personnel for both warehouse and production roles for several of our clients. Does this sound like something for you? Send in your application, and we will get back to you if your profile matches an assignment. You will be employed as a consultant by us, but work on-site at one of our clients. Shift work may occur, and we appreciate that you are comfortable working irregular hours.

Job Description

We are currently looking for assemblers and warehouse staff on a full-time basis for our clients. As a warehouse employee, you will handle common warehouse tasks such as order picking, restocking goods, and possibly forklift driving. As an assembler for our clients, you will primarily focus on assembling, quality assurance, and ensuring that products are manufactured according to specifications. Machine monitoring may also be involved.

Work may take place during the day, evening, and night in Gothenburg and the surrounding area.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you are detail-oriented and have a strong focus on quality in everything you do. You are technically interested, solution-oriented, and enjoy taking responsibility for your work. The role requires that you can work independently but also collaborate well with colleagues in production. You are flexible, adaptable, and have the ability to handle changes and new tasks in a professional manner.

In addition, we look for:

  • Experience from warehousing, production, or similar fields
  • Good command of Swedish

It is a big plus if you have a forklift license, a B-driver's license, and access to a car.

About NearYou

We are NearYou. We have evolved from being just another company to becoming a societal actor. With us as your partner and employer, we promise to deliver more of what we do best. We excel at being close, human, and a counterweight to stress, treating people as individuals rather than statistics, and avoiding overly impersonal digitalization.

We are with you, a handshake, a promise. We want to provide what we believe a broken labor market needs. For you as a candidate, this means an actor that supports you regardless of where you are in your career. We want to be the security in a fast-paced world. We support, challenge, and ask how you are doing. Completely natural, we think.

Working as a Consultant at NearYou

As a consultant at NearYou, you are employed by us and work on-site at one of our clients. For us, it is important to offer a secure and sustainable employment for all our employees. You have the same benefits and security as with a traditional employer, and you are covered by collective agreement terms regarding, for example, salary, insurance, pension, and vacation.

As a consultant with us, you get a consultant manager who helps you in your choice of assignments and gives you tips and advice on how you can develop in your career. You will also encounter different corporate cultures and gain experience from various industries, which helps you develop your skills and network, making you a more attractive employee.
