About the role

We are now looking for experienced warehouse assistants with documented experience in both reach trucks and counterbalance trucks for our client. Depending on the assignment, other tasks may also occur, and you will work in several departments where manual work involving physical lifting is required. The workload is approximately 70% manual work and 30% truck driving. Therefore, we would like you to have good physical fitness and strength to handle the tasks throughout the season. At our client's site, you will first receive training in various departments before getting the opportunity to drive the truck in the area.

When moving heavy loads, it is important to be careful and a safe truck driver who handles the truck and cargo in a secure and safe manner. It may occasionally be required to unload trailers manually.

Your daily tasks and responsibilities may include:

• Inbound and outbound delivery, which will make up a large part of your work.
• Driving reach trucks or counterbalance trucks.
• Loading and unloading cargo.
• Efficient stacking and storage of products and racks.
• Performing other tasks related to terminal operations.

You will play a central role in ensuring smooth and efficient flows in our warehouse operations.

Working hours will initially be weekdays from 07:00–16:00 and subsequently 09:00–18:00.

About you

We are looking for you who have experience driving trucks and feel confident loading and unloading cargo. Since the job involves a fair amount of independent responsibility, we value that you are structured and good at planning and prioritizing your tasks. You are flexible and have a positive attitude towards different tasks, while understanding the importance of stepping forward in your personal development. Our goal is for you, as a warehouse assistant, to strive to continuously increase your own efficiency.

Requirements for the position:

• Good computer literacy
• Truck license type A-B (certification)
• Advantageous if you have authorization for Tugmaster trucks
• Advantageous if you have experience with long forks
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Good knowledge of English, both oral and written
