About the role

As a dentist at Impress, you primarily work with orthodontics, focusing on aligners and Invisalign treatments. The role involves a consultative approach where patient communication, education, and treatment planning are central.

You will become part of a team where collaboration and patient experience are crucial, and where you are expected to contribute to a positive and professional clinic environment.

Examples of tasks:

• Consultations and treatment planning
• Perform orthodontic treatments (aligners/Invisalign)
• Follow up on treatments and ensure high patient satisfaction
• Work closely with colleagues in the team regarding patient flow and quality

The focus is on orthodontics – traditional treatments such as surgery, implants, or advanced procedures are not included in the role.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Swedish dental license
• Has at least 1 year of clinical experience in Sweden
• Can speak and write Swedish fluently (at least level C1).

As a person, you are:

• Confident in your professional role and in meetings with patients
• Relationship-building and communicative
• Stress-resistant and structured

Employment conditions

• Type of employment: Permanent (with probation)
• Scope: Full-time
• Start: As agreed (preferably ASAP)
• Working hours: Weekdays + some evenings and one Saturday/month
• Salary: approx. 38,000 – 60,000 SEK/month + bonus
• Vacation: 25 days
