About the role:

Working as a tire changer is an excellent first step into the profession of a workshop technician. You will work in a cohesive team operating close to our workshops. It is a fast-paced, fun, and physically active role that is perfect for you if you are looking towards a future in the automotive workshop industry.

Who we are looking for:

At Niemi Bil, we have high demands for quality, engagement, and knowledge. Therefore, we are looking for you who love competition, are results-oriented, and are not afraid of a challenge.

Working with tires means there will sometimes be a lot to do, and you need to be able to perform your work with high quality even during stressful times. No previous experience in workshops or tire work is required, as we provide training and support at the workplace. The most important thing is that you are meticulous and care about doing a good job.

Requirements:

• Category B driver's license (manual transmission)

Other information

You will work at our workshop in Luleå. The position is full-time with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Start date is by agreement. We offer a secure employment with collective agreements and a pension plan, and we care about our employees' health by offering a wellness allowance.
