To Doktor.se Västernorrland, we are now looking for a psychologist for our three units; Sundsvall, Alnö and Njurunda Health Centers who want to be part of developing the primary care of the future. We are looking for you who are confident in your role as a psychologist and are passionate about modern Swedish healthcare with the patients in focus.

About the role

As a psychologist at Doktor.se health centers Sundsvall, Alnö and Njurunda, you will meet patients seeking help for various mental health issues. The health centers are a healthcare institution where many patients make their first contact. This means that the work is varied with different types of visits. The work involves, among other things, assessment of new visits, investigations, referral to specialist care, and CBT treatment.

Examples of tasks include:

• Psychological assessment prior to treatment or referral
• Psychotherapeutic treatment within the mandate for care choice psychotherapy
• Documentation of treatment efforts

About you

We are looking for you who are engaged and responsible in your role. You are interested in treatment within a primary care context and enjoy working in an environment where you get the chance to influence and contribute with your own initiatives and innovative thinking. Furthermore, we see that you are responsive, clear, and passionate about making a difference together with your colleagues. We are looking for you with the following qualifications:

• Experience in clinical treatment work as a psychologist
• Experience with CBT orientation
• Experience with groups and digital contacts/working methods
• It is meritorious if you have experience in counseling psychiatric/psychological problems (e.g., IBH and/or FACT), psychological assessment, and motivational interviewing

More practical details

• The desired start is as soon as possible, but of course we take into account your notice period and wishes
• The position is a parental leave substitute on a full-time basis for approx. 1 year
• Main placement, Njurunda Health Center with rotation service at all three units according to agreement
