Job Description

Do you want to lead technically advanced projects and contribute to solutions that make a real difference?

We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) – either with several years of experience in MEP design or someone who currently works as a project manager.

As a Project Manager MEP, you will play a key role in projects within Hospitals, High-Security Facilities, Defense, and Infrastructure. You will lead the design process, coordinate technical disciplines, ensure quality, and serve as a central contact for the client.

You will drive development in digital design, BIM, and AI support, and work strategically with energy-efficient and sustainable solutions. Here, you will have significant influence over technical choices, system design, and the overall direction of the projects.

The role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from home on certain days.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are confident in your technical competence and motivated by responsibility, leadership, and customer proximity.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• A degree as an HVAC Engineer, Energy Engineer, or equivalent education
• Several years of experience in HVAC/MEP design or experience in the role of Project Manager
• Extensive knowledge of ventilation systems, heating and cooling technology, as well as energy efficiency
• Experience with MagiCad (AutoCAD or Revit)
• Very good understanding of AMA, BBR, and industry standards
• Ability to coordinate technical disciplines and lead design work
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, to meet our customers' needs

Merits:

• Experience with hospital projects, defense facilities, or assignments for the Swedish Defence Property Agency (Fortifikationsverket)
• Experience working in security-classified environments
• Knowledge of LEED/BREEAM or other sustainability certifications
• Experience working with operations, maintenance, inspections, or troubleshooting
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive new ways of working
