At Lumena, you meet patients with ADHD and autism remotely, reaching those who might otherwise not access specialist care. This is an hourly position where you control your own workload.

About the Role

At Lumena, you are responsible for neuropsychiatric assessment and treatment, from conversations, to test interpretation, to feedback and record keeping. You work closely with specialist doctors and become part of a team that supports each other, using digital journal and video tools. We work with established and standardized assessment routines developed by experienced psychiatrists and specialist psychologists.

You work independently remotely, or from our clinic on Kungsholmen in Stockholm if you prefer, and structure your work based on the scope you agree upon. This is an hourly employment at Lumena, not a consulting assignment. Therefore, you do not work through your own company, but become part of our team.

We are looking for you who

• are a licensed psychologist with completed specialist training (STP)
• enjoy driving your work independently remotely and feel secure with your own responsibility
• feel at home in digital, asynchronous workflows and are curious about how AI can support clinical work. With us, AI is a support tool, never a replacement for your clinical assessment.
• are meticulous with record keeping and written communication.

It is meritorious if you have a few years of experience as a specialist in neuropsychiatry, with good knowledge of neuropsychological assessments and treatment. You also need to have some digital work experience, but not necessarily from healthcare.

Scope and Compensation: Hourly wage: 371 SEK/hour in base salary plus statutory vacation pay of 12 percent, totaling 416 SEK per hour including vacation pay. The compensation includes reimbursement for work equipment and home office.

Remote or Stockholm

You have the opportunity to work primarily remotely in Sweden – but it is also fine to work more from our clinic if you prefer.

To ensure we can meet when needed, you need to be able to be in Stockholm at least once a quarter as a starting point, sometimes with two weeks' notice.
