Requirements & Preferences:

• Licensed nurse with at least two years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

You are flexible and adaptable to different work environments. You are confident in your abilities and skilled at prioritizing, delegating, and leading tasks. We are looking for someone who values responsibility, engagement, and contributes to a positive work climate. You are empathetic and treat everyone with respect and care.

We support you throughout the entire process—from assignment start, during the assignment, and when planning your next steps. We help find the best assignments for you, arrange travel and accommodation if needed, serve as a sounding board during your assignment, and proactively prepare for your next opportunity.
