Elektromontage has recently been named a DI Gazelle 2025 company and is in a strong expansion phase. We are now looking for you who want to take a key role as Team Leader for a commissioning team under establishment. Here you have the opportunity to help build working methods, structure, and a successful team within a growing product area.

We are looking for a responsible and driven team player who wants to lead the installation and commissioning work of electrical cabinets and equipment in containers, while also contributing to the development of both the team and the business.

As Team Leader, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the daily commissioning work forward. The role involves close collaboration with Production Managers, Project Management, and other team leaders to ensure that the work is carried out according to schedule, quality requirements, and current standards.

Since this is a new product area, you will play a key role in developing efficient working methods, improving logistics flows, and creating conditions for safe and well-functioning production.

The team will consist of both Elektromontage’s own employees and well-integrated external partners.

• Plan and lead the daily commissioning work
• Work plan together with Production Managers, direct manager, and Project Management
• Ensure that projects are carried out within the set time and according to established goals
• Organize resources and workflows for efficient commissioning
• Register and follow up on deviations
• Identify needs and order installation materials
• Develop and standardize working methods and implement "best practice"
• Introduce and support new employees and temporary staff
• Coach, motivate, and follow up on the team's work and development
• Set goals together with the team and continuously follow up on results
• Act as the link between technology, project management, and ongoing production
• Participate in daily steering meetings with other team leaders and production management
• Ensure electrical safety and that installations are performed according to current standards and regulations

We are looking for you who have strong technical knowledge in electrical installation and experience leading commissioning teams in production or project environments.

• High school education with a technical focus, such as the Electrical and Energy program, Elautomation, or similar
• Several years of experience in installing electrical equipment
• Experience working with control cabinets, switchgear, container systems, or similar solutions
• Experience as a leading fitter or other supervisory role within electrical installation
• Good understanding of circuit diagrams, cable routing lists, and mechanical layouts
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
