We at Asta Agency are working with this company on this recruitment process. This is a fixed-term consulting assignment. You will initially be employed by Asta Agency and work as a consultant at the client's site.

As a Service Technician, you will handle daily service cases at customer sites in the region within the retail and grocery industry. You will work with solutions that streamline both store operations and the shopping experience, such as cash handling, payment solutions, scales, packing machines, and pickup lockers for e-commerce.

As a Service Technician, you will have an independent and customer-facing role where you work with technical solutions. You will manage daily service cases at customer sites with a focus on the installation, service, and repair of technical solutions. The role involves significant autonomy, where you plan and organize your workdays, while having support from colleagues and an organization with solid experience. Since the company operates nationwide, travel to other regions may occur a few times a year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and service technical solutions.

• Perform service and repair work at customer sites.

• Troubleshoot technical systems and functions, handling electronics and network-related issues.

• Act professionally and service-oriented in customer interactions.

We are looking for someone who thrives in an independent service role where technology, problem-solving, and customer contact are central to daily life. You take responsibility for your tasks, drive your work forward, and ensure that what you start is also completed. To succeed in this role, you are structured, communicative, and confident in planning your days independently. You are attentive in customer meetings, have a knack for building good relationships, and are motivated by providing high-quality service.

Additionally, you have:

• A high school diploma in electricity, mechanics, technology, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of electricity and technical service.

• Experience with networks, software, and data.

• Good computer skills.

• A valid driver's license (Category B).

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious experience:

• Knowledge of refrigeration technology or experience with installation and troubleshooting of technical systems at customer sites.

• Start: Immediately.

• Location: Stockholm.

• Employment: Full-time.

• Salary: According to agreement.
