At our client's company, you work to save and preserve the value of various items by cleaning, drying, and restoring them, instead of discarding, demolishing, and building new.

We are now looking for employees for the remediation team around Stockholm with the greatest focus on Värmdö, to help more customers who have been affected by fire, graffiti, and water damage.

About the role

As a Remediation Technician, you meet people when disaster has struck and help them in difficult situations. The workday is characterized by varying tasks and environments where you work with different types of remediation assignments.

Responsibilities

You will work with remediation after fire, graffiti, and water damage, as well as remediation of mold, odor, asbestos, and PCB. The workday involves varying assignments and environments where you collaborate with different colleagues in the team.

Colleagues share their experiences with each other so that you continuously develop in your role.

Working hours

Regular working hours are 06:30–16:00 Monday–Thursday and 06:30–14:00 Fridays. Since we cannot control when disaster strikes, we work all hours of the day and night.

For those who wish, there is an opportunity to join our on-call group and be on standby.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who take responsibility for assigned tasks, have strong drive, and enjoy collaborating with your colleagues for the customer's benefit.

You do not need previous experience in the industry – the most important thing is that you are curious, open-minded, and unpretentious.

Competency requirements & other requirements

• Driver's license (required)
• Fluent in Swedish both in speech and writing (more languages are meritorious)
• Passed background check

Meritorious

• Experience in remediation work, construction sector, or industry
• Required and qualification training such as Hot Work, Fall Protection, Forklift, lift- and mobile work platforms, and chemical occupational health risks
• Experience from healthcare and social care (we often meet customers in difficult situations)
