The Rescue Patrol at Aleja is now recruiting new members.

The function of our patrol is to step in when we need urgent assistance on-site at a client's location – this could be due to illness among our own or the client's staff, unexpected work peaks, or other urgent assignments.

However, it is important that you can dedicate at least two full weekdays per week, meaning no weekends or split shifts – this ensures we have the opportunity to offer you work assignments.

We prefer that you, if you are studying and applying for this position, are enrolled in longer studies and have at least one year remaining of your studies.

About Us

Aleja AB is a staffing agency primarily active in Stockholm. We offer 24/7 on-call service to our clients, which means we have assignments during all hours of the day.

We staff various industries – including transport and warehousing, construction and demolition, decontamination and cleaning, as well as other heavy labor jobs that do not require prior knowledge or specific education.

Completed military basic training is highly meritorious as the work is physically and mentally demanding.

Performance is measured individually, and you should be driven by the desire to take on more and compete against both yourself and internally within the group. You see the work structure as a fun challenge rather than a stressful burden.

We are looking for you who are an early riser, flexible, and not afraid to try new things or meet new people. At our company, there is also the opportunity to try out different types of work, including warehousing, decontamination, assembly, manual labor, and demolition.

To be employed as extra staff with us, you must be a student and be able to show a valid student certificate, or alternatively, support yourself through another main occupation, e.g., another part-time job.

Your Tasks

Currently, we are recruiting twelve people on behalf of a client to work with graffiti removal.

The work is usually performed on-site at our clients' customers, so a willingness to provide good customer service and a service-oriented attitude are prerequisites. The work includes heavy lifting, independent work, and driving to various job sites.

It is important for this position that you have a good physique, as the role involves a lot of heavy lifting.
