The Role of Systems EngineerAs a Systems Engineer with us, you will:
Work with system design, requirements management, and technical solutions for advanced systems within defense, automotive, and IoT.
Act as a central link between customer needs and technical implementations.
Work with requirements breakdown, traceability, and technical analyses in complex system environments.
Ensure that systems meet technical, functional, and business requirements.
Use modern AI-supported tools for analysis, documentation, requirements management, and consistency checks.
Participate in and drive development projects with a holistic perspective from concept to delivery.
Collaborate with experienced colleagues in cross-functional teams, both locally and nationally.
Contribute to strengthening our operations in Örebro and creating long-term customer relationships.
As a Systems Engineer with us, you will have the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, business, and future working methods. We believe AI will become a natural part of how systems are analyzed, documented, and developed, and we want you to drive this development together with us.
We are looking for you whoHave a technical university degree or equivalent experience in software development, systems engineering, or embedded systems.
Have extensive experience in systems work and requirements management in complex environments.
Are accustomed to working with tools and methods such as Jira, DOORS, UML, or similar.
Have experience working closely with both technical and business stakeholders.
Have good communication skills and thrive in collaborative agile teams.
Are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
We also believe that you:
Have strong systems thinking and the ability to see the big picture.
Are curious about how AI can be used to improve analysis, quality, and efficiency.
Want to develop together with new tools, methods, and working methods.
Enjoy solving complex problems together with others.
Experience with model-based design, technical standards, or certifications such as SAFe or similar is advantageous.
