Vöfab owns and manages premises such as schools, preschools, offices, castles, and cultural and sports arenas in Växjö Municipality. We own properties of varying ages and standards and have, over the past ten years, evolved from being a property manager to also becoming a developer. We are now looking for acting caretakers with a sense of service and technology who want to contribute to operations-oriented service!

Job Description

Do you want a varied job where you make a difference every day? As a caretaker, your task is to ensure that our premises function satisfactorily for our tenants and operations.

Your duties will include, among other things:

• Ongoing maintenance of furniture and premises
• Supervision of alarms, locks, and security systems
• Simple repairs and building technical tasks
• Close collaboration with operations and tenants

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have secondary education as well as experience in maintenance, property management, and/or experience in a trade profession. You are handy and have a natural drive to get things done. You have good cooperation skills and enjoy providing good service. You are motivated by creating satisfied customers!

To handle the assignment, you should have a technical interest.

Shift work in the evenings and on weekends may occur.

A driver's license (Category B) is required.
