About the Administrator Role

As an administrator at our client's company, you will play a key role in supporting the business with qualified administrative tasks. You will work in a structured environment, handling information, documentation, and communication in a careful and efficient manner. The role places high demands on independence, attention to detail, and strong administrative capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Administration and document management
  • Support in various administrative processes
  • Handling information and reports in different systems
  • Internal communication within the organization
  • Working with MS Office, primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have several years of experience in administrative work and thrive in a role where structure, quality, and attention to detail are crucial. You are self-motivated, responsible, and quick to adapt to new tasks and systems.

Requirements for the Position

  • Completed upper secondary education
  • 6-8 years of experience in administrative work
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Additional Information

As this position is security-classified, a security clearance check is required.
