We are looking for an experienced dental nurse who is also confident in the role of receptionist for our clinic, Oral Care Renmarkstorget in Umeå. Here, you will be part of an engaged team focused on high-quality care and excellent patient interaction.

Oral Care currently has 30 clinics in Sweden, from Umeå to Malmö, as well as clinics in Norway and the Netherlands. We plan to expand further.

For our mobile operations, our offices are located in Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg, and Linköping.

The position involves working both as a dental nurse and a receptionist. You will have the opportunity to combine administrative tasks at the reception with clinical work alongside dentists and other colleagues at the clinic. Responsibilities include patient contact both in person and by phone, scheduling, handling payments, assisting with treatments and sterilization, as well as other administration related to the daily operation of the clinic.

You will become a significant part of the team and actively work to ensure high patient safety and good service. The role involves close collaboration with the entire clinic team and places high demands on attention to detail and planning skills.

• Trained dental nurse, preferably with experience in dental reception work.

• Good communication skills and a professional, solution-oriented approach to patient interaction.

• Thrives with varied tasks, is flexible, and works well in a team.

• Accustomed to taking responsibility, is detail-oriented, and has a structured work style.

• Confident in interacting with patients of all ages and has a strong commitment to service.

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills.

• Experience with the medical record system Muntra is a plus.
