We are looking for a Service Manager within Plumbing & HVAC (VS) to lead production, organize and motivate employees, and ensure high quality in all service assignments. As a Service Manager, you work closely with both production and customers and are a key person in building and maintaining customer relationships.

What will your role look like?

Examples of tasks:

• Ensure proper management of time, cost, quality, risk, progress, and customer satisfaction in service projects and assignments
• Lead, organize, and motivate employees
• Build and maintain relationships with your own customers, as well as be responsible for and actively work on upselling
• Prepare tenders with correct pricing, and ensure they are of high quality and meet profitability requirements and risk profiles
• Create billing documents and approve invoices according to routine

Your background

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC/Plumbing) or equivalent professional experience within the field
• At least 3 years of experience driving service/ROT projects
• Good knowledge of contract law
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of what drives costs in projects
• Good communication skills and social competence
• Knowledge of project economics and experience taking financial responsibility
• Experience promoting initiatives in sustainability and climate is a plus
• Good familiarity with Wikells
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Sales experience, including calculating service/framework agreements and ROT assignments
• Class B driver's license and good computer skills
