Job Information

Professionals Nord is recruiting two Foremen on behalf of our client. This assignment is part of our temporary staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for our client for a period of 6 months. The intention is that you may eventually be hired directly by the client, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Responsibilities

In the role of Foreman, you are responsible for leading and coordinating projects within earthworks, civil engineering, and foundation work. You will plan and monitor on-site work, ensuring that the project is driven according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements, while maintaining close dialogue with both the team and suppliers. The role requires a holistic view of the project, the ability to make quick decisions on-site, and the capability to solve challenges that may arise during the project.

Experience with rock excavation and technical understanding of various construction and civil engineering tasks are advantageous, but primarily we are looking for someone who enjoys leading people and driving projects forward.

Requirements for the position:

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)
