ABOUT THE POSITION

Kitchens by Paul is now looking for experienced painters and builders to join our renovation team in the Stockholm region. We are an established company delivering first-class renovations – everything from painting and plastering to wall construction, tiling, and total renovations.

We are seeking flexible craftsmen who can handle SEVERAL of the roles we list below. It is a requirement that you master at least two of the positions – we want all-rounders who can jump in where needed and deliver top quality in every step.

If you do not have at least 5 years of documented experience and cannot provide references – do not apply. We are serious and expect the same from you.

THE ROLES WE ARE SEEKING

We are recruiting for the following positions and looking for individuals who can combine at least two of these:

Painter:

• High-quality interior and exterior painting
• Plastering, sanding, and surface preparation
• Wallpapering and decorative finishes
• Varnishing of woodwork, doors, and kitchen fittings
• Flawless finish – we do not accept half-hearted work

Builder / Renovation Worker:

• Building and installing walls (studs, drywall, concrete)
• Demolition and remediation work prior to renovation
• Installation of subfloors and surface preparation
• Simple carpentry work and supplementary tasks

Tiler:

• Tiling in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas
• Paving of floors and walls
• Grouting and sealing with appropriate materials
• Reading blueprints and precise execution

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are an experienced craftsman accustomed to taking responsibility and delivering results that satisfy customers. You are meticulous, efficient, and have genuine professional pride.

Absolute Requirements:

• At least 5 years of documented professional experience in painting, construction, or tiling
• You must be able to perform at least two of the above roles
• References from previous employers are required – these will be contacted
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing – a strict requirement
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Punctual, structured, and accustomed to meeting deadlines

Merits:

• English in speech and writing (a significant advantage when dealing with international clients)
• Vocational certificate or formal education in a craft trade
• Experience with premium renovations and customer contact
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
