Job Responsibilities

Within the Municipality's Social Services, the main task is to work with people in need of support, help, and care to manage their daily lives. We are in need of ambitious and engaged employees. The positions we are hiring for are Nursing Assistant/Auxiliary Nurse for home care in Lima and Rörbäcksnäs.

All roles involve varying working hours, scheduled during the day, evening, and weekends.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Providing care, help, and support to users and maintaining good living conditions based on individual needs.
• Creating a meaningful daily life for the individual in collaboration with their surroundings and working solution-focused to meet the individual's needs without restricting their right to self-determination, integrity, and influence.
• Providing residents with security in their own homes.
• Following our routines and guidelines.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.

The position will be filled subject to necessary political decisions being made.

Qualifications

We prefer that you are trained as an Auxiliary Nurse, but this is not a requirement. Have you not worked in these areas before, but are passionate about making a difference in the daily lives of the elderly? Do not hesitate to apply; we value personal suitability and your engagement, and we offer both introduction and support so that you feel secure and grow in your role.

As a person, you are engaged, interested in other people, and humble. You must be able to master Swedish in speech and writing and have the ability to communicate and work according to people's different needs and conditions. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

Employment Terms

• Salary Type: Monthly salary.
• Salary Range: The salary for the position currently lies within the range of 26,190 SEK – 37,357 SEK per month, based on 2025 salary levels. (The salary range includes specialist training).
• Employment Type: Permanent employment.
• Duration: Permanent, start date: According to agreement.
• Working Hours: According to schedule.
