Are you a driven project manager with experience from technical development projects and want to work in an international company with significant societal impact? We at Adecco are now looking for an R&D Project Manager for Siemens Energy in Finspång, where you will have a central role in driving development projects within the service operations and contributing to future energy solutions.

About the role

As an R&D Project Manager, you are responsible for leading and driving development projects within existing gas turbine technology. You have overall responsibility from project initiation to delivery and follow-up, with a focus on structure, progress, and quality.

You work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate with both local and global functions to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. The role also involves managing complex project flows and supporting the team in technical challenges.

Examples of tasks may include:

• Plan, drive, and follow up on R&D projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure project delivery regarding time, quality, and cost
• Structure and break down projects into clear activities and milestones
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (3–10 people)
• Monitor project status and report to management
• Facilitate project meetings and support the team in problem-solving
• Collaborate with internal and global stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of working methods and processes within project management

About you

We are looking for someone who is structured, communicative, and solution-oriented, with the ability to drive projects forward in a complex and international environment. You thrive with responsibility and have a proactive work style.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• Several years of experience in project management, preferably within R&D or technical operations
• Experience leading projects in a complex and cross-functional environment
• Technical background, preferably within energy, industry, or a similar field
• Experience working in an international environment
• Good ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver within timeframes
• Knowledge of control systems, technical systems, or mechanical components
• Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with agile working methods
• Experience with gas turbines or energy systems is a plus

The position is a full-time consultancy assignment via Adecco from 2026-08-17 to 2027-08-16.
