About the Company

Our client is an established company with a strong focus on quality, service, and efficiency. To meet the needs of the business, we are now looking for an administrative and service-oriented employee for a temporary position. This role is particularly well-suited for students at a university or college who wish to combine their studies with a qualified part-time job within logistics, export, and customer service.

Your Responsibilities

As an employee of our client, you will work with administrative and logistical processes related to the company's deliveries and customer orders. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Transport planning
  • Handling export cases
  • Preparing customs documents and other export documentation
  • Delivery dispatch and delivery administration
  • Creating and handling pick lists
  • Customer service and contact with customers, carriers, and internal functions
  • Continuous work in the business system Monitor

Working hours vary depending on business needs, and you are expected to support the organization during peak workloads, absences, and other requirements.

Your Background/Qualities

We are looking for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and thrives in a role that combines administration, logistics, and customer contact. You have a knack for prioritizing, work independently, and are also a team player. We would like you to:

  • Study at a university or college and seek a part-time job alongside your studies
  • Have experience in logistics, transport administration, export, or similar tasks
  • Have good administrative skills and computer proficiency
  • Have previous experience with the business system Monitor (required)
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Be flexible, responsible, and service-oriented
