About the Role

In the role of Property Caretaker, you work close to the properties and the tenants. You are responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and that both the interior and exterior environments maintain a high standard.

The work includes, among other things:

• Minor repairs, such as doors, lights, and simpler plumbing/HVAC
• Handling of fault reports
• Supervision and rounds of properties
• Maintenance of outdoor areas, such as mowing the lawn
• Contact with tenants and everyday service

The role is varied and involves both indoor and outdoor work, with a clear focus on outdoor environments and practical tasks.

We are looking for you with

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Interest in property maintenance or similar practical work
