As a Bid Manager, you will play a central role in identifying business opportunities, driving tender processes, and developing structures and working methods that strengthen our competitiveness. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating tender processes and ensuring that our bids maintain high quality throughout the entire process. The role is business-oriented and involves many contact points where you collaborate with colleagues from various parts of the business to create competitive and professional offers within recruitment, staffing, HR services, and competence development. The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with the sales organization, consulting managers, and specialists throughout the business.

We are looking for someone who gains energy from creating structure where there are no ready-made answers and who is motivated by the opportunity to build up, develop, and improve. Your main responsibilities:

• Drive and coordinate the entire tender process – from identified opportunity to finished offer
• Identify and monitor business opportunities within both private and public procurement
• Build up and develop processes, working methods, and structures for our tender work
• Coordinate and collaborate with different functions within the business to create competitive offers
• Structure, write, and quality-assure tender texts, ensuring that content, structure, and formalities maintain high quality
• Follow up on won and lost tenders and translate experiences into improved working methods and increased learning in the organization

For the role of Bid Manager, we are looking for you who have experience in driving tender processes, complex business, or business development and who thrive in the borderland between structure, quality, and business.

• Experience from the staffing, recruitment, or consulting industry
• Experience in building up or developing processes and working methods
