Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Technician, you will become an important part of the company's global service organization. You will work closely with the head of service and support and will gradually become one of the key figures in the area.

The work is varied and includes everything from installations and commissioning to troubleshooting, technical support, and training for customers and distributors. You will be involved throughout most of the customer journey, both before, during, and after installation. This is a practical and technical role where you get to work closely with the products and ensure the systems function optimally at customer sites. Your tasks will include, among others:

• Installing and commissioning technical water purification systems.
• Performing service, maintenance, and preventive measures.
• Replacing filters, pumps, and other wear parts.
• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
• Providing technical support to customers, distributors, and internal functions.
• Participating in trade fairs, training sessions, and customer events.
• Documenting completed work and contributing to improvements in processes and routines.
• Being involved in testing, product evaluations, and internal installations.

The role involves travel both within Sweden and internationally, primarily within Europe and Asia. Travel occurs periodically and typically amounts to a few trips per quarter.

We are looking for you who

Have experience from a technical and practical role where you have worked with installation, service, maintenance, or troubleshooting. You do not necessarily need to come from the water purification industry specifically; we believe that experience from fields such as plumbing, building technology, operations, industry, process industry, or similar environments can provide the right foundation for success. The most important thing is that you have a technical interest and enjoy understanding how systems work.

For this position, we see that you:

• Have experience in technical service or installation work.
• Have a good technical understanding of mechanical systems.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
• Enjoy customer contact and practical field work.
• Are flexible and enjoy traveling for work, both within Sweden and internationally.

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Plumbing or water and wastewater-related systems.
• Pumps, valves, or flow-related equipment.
• Operations or building technology.
• Process industry or water purification.
• Electrical systems, control systems, or troubleshooting.
