Do you want to work in a varied role where you can combine technology, service, and personal responsibility? We are now looking for a Building Maintenance Technician for a position in Botkyrka, where you will play a key role in ensuring that properties are well-maintained and functioning properly.

About the Role

As a Building Maintenance Technician, you work closely with the operations and have an important role in the daily running of the property. You are responsible for supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance of buildings, and serve as a natural point of contact for both tenants and contractors.

You are part of a team where you collaborate and support each other, while also having significant personal responsibility in your daily work. This role is suitable for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys solving problems directly on-site.

Working hours: Monday–Friday 07:00–16:15
On-call duties may be included in the role.

Responsibilities

In the role of Building Maintenance Technician, your tasks will include, among other things:

• Handling fault reports and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshooting, implementing measures, and proposing improvements for buildings
• Continuous supervision and rounds
• Interior and exterior maintenance of buildings
• Working with property management systems and handling work orders
• Contact with tenants, contractors, and colleagues

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is practical, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility. You are accustomed to planning your workday and have a good structure in your work.

You are service-oriented and communicative, and thrive in a role with many contact points. At the same time, you are a team player who contributes to good collaboration.

Requirements

• Property management education or equivalent experience
• Experience in the operation and maintenance of buildings
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills and familiarity with digital systems
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits

• Knowledge in electrical work, plumbing (HVAC), ventilation, or construction/carpentry

Other Information

The position may involve physical work. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by us and work as a traveling consultant at our client's site.
