Auxante is currently looking for a technically interested and structured individual for an exciting role within aftermarket, spare parts management, and technical procurement with one of our clients in Södertälje. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy combining technology, administration, and customer contact in a varied daily routine.

Job Description

As responsible for aftermarket and procurement, you will serve as a crucial link between customers, suppliers, and internal functions. Your tasks include receiving and handling complaints, identifying spare parts, supporting customers with troubleshooting, and ensuring that the right products and materials are available.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Handling warranty and complaint cases
• Troubleshooting together with customers
• Spare parts receiving and sales
• Ordering and following up on stock items and consumables
• Technical procurement of components and materials
• Order administration and case follow-up
• Ongoing contact with customers and suppliers
• Documentation of technical solutions, installations, and functions
• Creating simple instructions and function descriptions

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a technical interest who enjoys solving problems. You are service-oriented, structured, and have the ability to handle multiple cases in parallel without losing focus.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Technical experience or relevant technical education
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation, drawings, and electrical schematics
• Experience in administration, order management, customer service, or spare parts management
• Good computer skills and experience with administrative systems
• Strong organizational skills and habit of following up cases from start to finish
• Ability to document technical solutions clearly and structured
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits

• Experience from the automotive industry, workshop, technical support, or aftermarket
• Knowledge in electricity, vehicle equipment, or specially adapted technical solutions
• Experience with business systems, such as Monitor
• Habit of photographing and documenting technical installations and work
