Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have a background in furniture assembly, craftsmanship, or similar practical work where you are accustomed to working independently and on-site at customer locations.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Previous experience with furniture assembly
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good ability to plan and work independently
• Experience with customer contact in a work context
• Good physical fitness as the work is practical and involves movement

What does the role entail?

In the role of Onsite Coordinator, you work at the customer's site to ensure that deliveries and assembly of furniture and interiors are carried out in a professional and structured manner. You are responsible for ensuring everything is placed according to drawings and plans, while also capturing the customer's needs and ensuring a smooth delivery. The role suits you if you enjoy varied work where you combine practical assembly with coordination and service.

Tasks include, for example:

• Independently plan and execute furniture and interior assembly for the company's customers
• Participate in larger assembly projects together with colleagues and external resources
• Coordinate and lead temporary help on-site if needed
• Handle simpler orders and complements
• Book and plan assignments together with customers and project managers
• Ensure that deliveries and assembly maintain high quality and are carried out efficiently
• Receive and coordinate deliveries and place furniture correctly according to drawings
