About the Role
Are you a student or do you have another primary occupation and are looking for a summer job? We are now looking for process operators and forklift drivers for Santa Maria's tortilla factory in Landskrona! As a process operator/forklift driver, you will work in a varied role within production.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Forklift driving
• Supervision and cleaning of machines
• Product changes and quality controls
• Reporting and registration of any faults, stoppages, and complaints

Our permanent employees work in a 5-shift rotation covering mornings, afternoons, and nights.

During the summer, you will work full-time in June, July, and August. Otherwise, you will be employed as a temporary staff member. As a temporary employee, you step in as needed, which means you may be scheduled at different times – sometimes mornings, sometimes nights. Therefore, you need to be flexible and comfortable working varying hours. You are expected to be available for extra work before and after the summer, approx. 2-3 shifts per week.

Training
To ensure you have a good start, we offer structured training. The training takes place within the 5-shift system (mornings, afternoons, and nights). The schedule is: 6 working days – 4 days off – 6 working days.

It is important that you can participate throughout the entire training period, as this is a prerequisite for you to work as a forklift driver/process operator with us.

About You
We are looking for someone who is disciplined, curious, and takes initiative. You are communicative, detail-oriented, and have a strong focus on safety. Since the work involves shift work, we consider it important that you are flexible and comfortable working varying hours.

Requirements for the role:

• Category B driver's license
• Forklift license A+B
• Have another primary occupation (studies/other job) of at least 50%
• At least two terms remaining if you are studying
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Available to work 2-3 days a week
• Available to work during the summer of 2026

Merits:
