As a Spare Parts Manager, you will play a key role in the warehouse operations. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ordering and receiving spare parts

• Registration and administration in business and order systems

• Warehousing and inventory management

• Handling inbound and outbound deliveries

• Ensuring order and structure in the spare parts warehouse

• Collaborating with the workshop and other departments to ensure access to the correct spare parts

We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, and has an eye for detail. You thrive in a role where structure and precision are key to a well-functioning workflow and feel comfortable with administrative tasks. Previous experience with spare parts management, the automotive industry, or warehouse administration is a plus, but we place great emphasis on your personal qualities and willingness to learn.

• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Good computer skills

• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner

• Experience with spare parts management

• Experience from the automotive or workshop industry

• Knowledge of vehicles and vehicle parts

• Experience with business or warehouse systems
