We are now looking for an engaged employee for our logistics department at Backer AB.

About the role

In the role of warehouse assistant, you work at the heart of our logistics. We serve our production, receive goods, and ship to our customers. Always with a focus on efficiency and safety.

Main responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks with a forklift.
• Inspecting incoming goods and delivering them against delivery notes.
• Sorting and placing goods in the correct warehouse locations.
• Packing our deliveries and booking transport.
• Internal transport.
• Picking items and delivering them to various departments.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in warehouse work.
• Has experience working in business systems or warehouse systems.
• Holds a forklift license (A1–A4 and B1–B3 categories).
• Has a Category B driver's license.
• Has extensive experience loading and unloading with counterbalance forklifts.
• Speaks and understands Swedish and English.
• Is meticulous, responsible, and accustomed to working at a fast pace.
• Has good teamwork skills and enjoys working in a team.
