Företagsväxter AB has been in operation since 1990, focusing from the start on our business idea of selling and delivering fruit baskets, living green plants, and high-quality pots. We have three main business areas. One division handles the rental of plants and their subsequent service. We also produce fruit baskets for distribution to our customers. The third business area involves renting out juice machines with associated service.

Our customers are exclusively businesses.

Företagsväxter is a privately owned company with the same owners since its inception. We have approximately 90 employees and a turnover of around 135 million SEK. We operate throughout Sweden, with our headquarters located in Knivsta, north of Stockholm. Regional offices are also located in Arlöv, Gothenburg, Linköping, Örebro, Umeå, and Sundsvall.

The Role

The Team Leader leads, plans, and develops the daily work on the department. The role involves motivating, inspiring, and supporting the employees (approx. 10) in their roles. The Team Leader is also involved in operational work on the department as needed.

Reporting is done to the company's Operations Manager.

Main Areas of Responsibility

• Monitor and steer work towards set goals
• Responsible for the department's results
• Manage and lead the department's staff
• Develop work methods
• Staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning
• Optimize the company's distribution and implement transport solutions for new customer agreements
• Report purchasing needs
• Ensure a safe working environment
• Conduct development interviews

About You

We are looking for you who have experience in team leadership. You have good collaboration skills, social competence, and thrive in a production environment. You do not mind having a fast-paced daily life. You are responsible, organized, stress-resistant, and have an easy time communicating with colleagues and customers. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

The work can sometimes be physically demanding, requiring good general fitness. It is important that you are business-minded, driven, and have the ability to lead the department with a focus on cost-effectiveness.

Job Details
