The role as a forklift driver/warehouse assistant at ICA's warehouse in Helsingborg will primarily involve forklift driving and manually picking goods using a voice-picking system that instructs you on what to pick. The tasks are physically demanding and characterized by a high work pace where you work in different temperature zones.

To be considered for this position, you must have high flexibility and availability. You must be able to work at least two weekdays (between Monday and Thursday) as well as either Friday or Saturday every week. Since ICA's warehouse operations run 24/7, shifts may vary between day, evening, and sometimes night. This position suits you if you want a long-term part-time job and have no problem stepping in with short notice. During periods of higher demand, such as summer and Christmas, you are expected to be able to work more shifts and even full-time.

This is a consultancy assignment, meaning you will be employed by StudentConsulting but will be hired out to our client, ICA.

We are currently recruiting with an introduction start after the summer. The introduction period lasts five working days (Mon-Fri) and requires 100% attendance. Therefore, it is a requirement that you are available full-time throughout your entire training period.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To be considered for the position, you must be studying at least 50% and have at least one year left of your studies. You must be able to work at least 3 full weekdays every week. We will only proceed with candidates who can provide documentation verifying this. During the summer and Christmas seasons, we expect you to be able to increase your hours up to full-time.

Furthermore, you should have:

• Forklift license A1-4 (TLP2 or TLP10)
• Good physical condition.
• Clean criminal record (approved background check).
• Very good ability to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• Valid ID document (passport or national ID card) and the right to work in Sweden.
• Category B driver's license and access to your own car to quickly commute to the workplace in Långeberga.

In this role, you will work towards set goals and receive daily coaching for development. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy a fast-paced environment and strive to achieve good results in your work.

We will request a background check and conduct drug tests as part of the process. ICA aims to have smoke-free workplaces. The work environment at ICA should be sober and free from drugs, which is why ICA conducts random alcohol and drug tests.
