Job Description

We are expanding our home nursing service to meet future needs by adding another nurse for evening shifts.

As a nurse with us, you work from a person-centered perspective where the patient's needs, resources, and participation are at the center.

You are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on health and medical care interventions within the municipality's area of responsibility. The work involves close collaboration with patients, relatives, care staff, and other professions to create a secure and cohesive care.

The role also includes:

• Mentoring and supporting care staff
• Contributing to the development and quality work of the operations

Working hours are scheduled for evenings with duty every other weekend. You work together with a colleague. You base your work from our premises in Arlöv and work within the entire municipality's operational area, including special housing, ordinary housing, and LSS (Act for Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments).

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and want to contribute to high-quality care.

We would like you to:

• Have good ability to prioritize and make your own decisions
• Be solution-focused, engaged, and responsible
• Easily collaborate and build good relationships
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Want to contribute to the development of operations

Experience of municipal home nursing is an advantage.
