Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for a nurse who works evenings and nights.

In Burlöv, we focus on development and improvement. As part of this work, we have signed an agreement with the Swedish Association of Professional Nurses (Vårdförbundet) which means shorter working hours for our nurses who work evenings and nights. The new full-time standard is 32 hours/week.

As a nurse with us, you work from a person-centered perspective where the patient's needs, resources, and participation are at the center.

You are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on health and medical care interventions within the municipality's area of responsibility. The work involves close collaboration with patients, relatives, care staff, and other professions to create a secure and cohesive care.

The role also includes:

• Mentoring and supporting care staff
• Contributing to the operation's development and quality work

The working hours are scheduled for evenings and nights with duty every other weekend. You are based at our premises in Arlöv and work within the entire municipality's operational area, including special housing, ordinary housing, and LSS (Act for Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments).

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and want to contribute to high-quality care.
