Job Description

To meet future requirements and be a strong resource in the transition to close care, we are now looking for more nurses with a focus on ordinary housing.

Here, you work in cross-professional teams and in close collaboration with the municipal health centers.

As a nurse here, you work from a person-centered perspective where the patient's needs, resources, and participation are at the center.

You are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on health and medical care interventions within the municipality's area of responsibility. The work involves close collaboration with patients, relatives, care staff, and other professions to create a secure and cohesive care.

The role also includes:

• Mentoring and supporting care staff
• Introducing and mentoring nursing students
• Contributing to the development and quality work of the operations
• Actively participating in teamwork and collaboration with external actors

You will be based from the home nursing facilities in Arlöv, and your placement will be with one of our teams in Arlöv or Åkarp.

Working hours are during the day with duty every fifth weekend. During weekends, you work within the entire municipality's operational area, including special housing, ordinary housing, and LSS (Act for Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments).

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and want to contribute to high-quality care.

Experience of municipal home nursing is an advantage.
