About the Job

We are now looking for a motivated and service-oriented store sales assistant with a strong work ethic, who wants to spread positivity and energy in our store in Charlottenberg. This is a summer temporary position of 20 hours/week, running from June to August 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Sales and customer service
• Stock replenishment
• Ensuring the store is clean and inviting
• Register work and participation in opening/closing duties

About You

We are looking for an engaged and hardworking sales assistant who:

• Is service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Is a team player who sees opportunities rather than limitations
• Is willing to learn the Deichmann Shoe concept
• Is prepared for physically demanding work, as heavy lifting may occur

We see many paths into Deichmann; your attitude and commitment are the most important qualities. You may have previous experience in service roles, such as restaurants or retail, or worked in a similar industry where you are accustomed to a fast pace. Or perhaps you are looking for your first job where you want to learn, develop, and bring the right mindset. If you are a person who enjoys people and wants to give that little extra to the customer, this job might be for you. As a person, you readily take responsibility and thrive on challenges. We also appreciate if you are open to working in nearby stores and have the possibility to work extra hours when needed. You must be at least 18 years old to work with us and speak and write fluent Swedish.
