Sales Representative – Växjö and Surrounding Areas

We are now looking for you who want to take on the role of Sales Representative at Pictura.

We are seeking an engaged and responsible employee with high energy and a strong sense for trade and service. As a Sales Representative with us, you are responsible for your entire district regarding sales, turnover, and budgeting.

We want you to be a team leader who works closely with the Regional Manager and the entire team of consultants. As a Sales Representative, you also help your consultants in the team to sell parts of the assortment and work towards set, common goals. Together with the Regional Manager, you will lead team meetings and be responsible for budget monitoring and sales follow-up in the district.

As a Sales Representative with us, you do not have direct personnel responsibility but work with an overarching district responsibility. Both consultants and sales representatives report directly to the Regional Manager.

About the Job

Being a Sales Representative at Pictura involves, among other things, responsibility for:

• Selling the Pictura Group's assortment in both grocery retail (FMCG) and specialty retail.
• Daily processing of both existing and new prospective customers within the district.
• Serving customers with optimal in-store placement, as well as providing support and expert advice on our assortment.
• Joint calls with your consultants to achieve the highest service level for customers.
• Actively participating in digital meetings, physical meetings, and sales conferences.
• Recruiting, training, and equipping temporary staff together with the Regional Manager, and planning schedules together with your consultants.

The work requires that you are structured with a strong sense of responsibility. You are able to work independently within fixed frameworks and planning schedules. You are meticulous and results-oriented. Both you as a Sales Representative and our consultants are Pictura's face to our customers, and it is important to be able to build good and long-term relationships.
